If you are unhappy with your purchase, you should in the first instance contact us via e mail or phone to obtain a returns reference number. Returns are only accepted if the goods are unused and returned in the same packaging we despatched them in.
All paperwork should also be returned, and we will arrange a refund as soon as is practically possible.
The customer is liable for the postage charges in both directions.
Should an order for any item take longer than 28 days
the customer may at their discretion cancel that item without any charges
and will be issued a full refund.
